Telephone Conference Calls

ITCom offers two types of conference calls - "Meet Me" and "Operator Assisted" - to the campus community. Both types of conference calls are available to U-M faculty and staff who provide UM chartfield billing information.

The "Meet Me" conference calling system:

  • Is easy to use
  • Ensures a secure call by using password access
  • Uses automated voice introduction when entering or exiting a call
  • Offers low-cost 1-800 number option for calls within the U.S.

In addition, we continue to offer "Operator Assisted" calls. We hope these services will enable you to be more productive and efficient.

Online Forms

Please submit your request at least 48 hours prior to your conference call. You will receive an e-mail confirmation regarding your request. You may also call the Conference Operator number (763-1117) to confirm.

By Telephone or Fax

You may also telephone the conference operator at 763-1117 to schedule a call or you may fax the information to 763-6042. If the information is faxed, please call the Conference Operator number (763-1117) to confirm that it has been received.
