Information Technology Communications Services — or ITCom — is part of Information and Technology Services (ITS) at the University of Michigan. ITCom provides telephone services to students, faculty, and staff at the University's Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn campuses; and provides data network, infrastructure applications, and video services to the Ann Arbor campus.
